Mad Catz Fly 5 key mapping help

So i got a Mad catz fly 5 flight stick, and im having a really hard time making the key bindings/ key mapping. Does anyone have a profile/ key mapping they can send that works?

This is very old stick from the year of +-2011. Originally it was Saitek Cyborg X before the Saitek had been sold to Mad Catz and then have been sold to Logitech. Its purpose used to be the travel friendly stick. Small, packable.

I think you will be able to find some assigns for old LoMAC. For DCS probably not. Usually start with the most important things like Pitch, roll, rudder, trim.
