F-18 - Gutless

Why on earth does the F-18 feel so slow.. In the F-16 or F-14 when you pin the throttle they get up and go.. In the F-18 if feels like they plane doesn't want to do anything.. Even empty with low fuel and no pylons it just feels slow. Am I missing something?

Yeah, i'm not getting that in mine.. I've got the throttles pinned and I'm sitting at 250 barely able to get above that.. No brakes out.. nothing it out of the ordinary...

According to video above, the acceleration is not the worst, not the best. F-16 which was designed as the dogfighter rules the table at acceleration.
