Make AI land on a Carrier

Hey, im interested to know how you can make a already flying ai plane land on a carrier? Because when I click on "landing" it just instnantly crashes into the carrier. Can somebody help me?

what Carrier and what aircraft you intent to use

Mission Editor -> Select AI Aircraft and put the last waypoint above the carrier, then select "landing". If it´s a carrier capable aircraft, it should land just fine :)

tbh not sure how you able to make a setup that able to let AI fail on landing.
There werent many AI landing bug report recent years. If you able let AI consist crash into carrier . Congratulation, you found new one, upload your mission file to https://forum.dcs.world/forum/253-bugs-and-problems/

im a newbie so its probably just human failure xD

okay but now it just flys over the carrier and starts to climb to 3000 feet altough a made a setting for 300 feet

upload your mission file. dude that an anomaly.
Even some of the aircrafts NOT supposed to land on Carrier can land without accident.

ahh no ik maybe why, the carrier wont let them land because they are not ready or something? Like this signal is always red, but why? The deck is free? (They are F-14 so they are supposed to land on carrier)

supercarrier is more complex may get buggy indeed. only when you mention about signal then i realize it was something different.
you should clear that earlier when i ask you the first time!

I hate DCS. I just want to upload this mission but i cant. I cant login into my Account, so i reset my password. Alright perfect password reseted, now i can log in. No "your account is bannend for 15 minutes". What the ♥♥♥♥ i just want to make a F14 land on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ carrier by itself

Just tried it with the AI for all 3 versions of the Tomcat, and all 3 landed just fine.

No way on Steam. Just to ask some obvious questions...you're trying to land a US/NATO plane on a US/NATO carrier, correct? Does the plane go through the full landing sequence (line up behind the carrier, circle around, enter the groove, and then land)? The carrier is on water? What happens if you make the plane land at an airport?

You can upload a few screenshots to Steam and then post them to the thread. That might help if we can see the map, location, information on the plane and carrier, etc.
