Which folder to put downloaded skins, Steam DCS

I don't see Coremods ,Bazar or Liveries. In steam DCS.

In the non-Steam version you got to place at C:\Users\"user name"\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\"plane name" folder
If you are running open beta version, its will be DCS.openbeta, instead of DCS.

Not sure if Steam works in the same way. For what I can tell, it should.

I don't have a liveries folder , do I just create one?

Be aware that some liveries are based on the country. You might not see that livery in the game if you're not flying for the correct nation.

I haven't messed with liveries in awhile, but the plane name in your Saved Games folder has to match the plane name in the CoreMods liveries folder. I don't know if that's still the case, but I always matched the names exactly.
