Highest Rank?

Hey all, what is the highest rank one can achieve in DCS World? Currently at Captain but I want to max rank my main pilot profile before playing as additional pilots. Thanks.

In DCS logbook
Default rank is
'Second lieutenant'
'First lieutenant'
'Captain'
'Major'
'Lieutenant colonel'
'Colonel'

Different country will display different titles,
eg in kangaroo country and historical british colonies Colonel is 'Group Captain' instread.

and give different awards.
Some country have unique medals, some dont give any medals.
There are total 250ish medals across all countries.

Thanks, LOL on turning off invulnerable. Let's just put it this way if I did that I'd be making a new pilot everyday & never make it to First Lieutenant.

Now we need the log actually counting multiplayer flights too. Haven´t bothered with those ranks since they only consider singleplayer flights...
