Terrible stuttering in MT VR - Fixed

As suggested by others, I had run the new 'bin-mt' from Steam with extra launch options of "-force_enable_VR".
This was causing terrible stuttering, even just on the main menu.
Notably, SteamVR didn't start up either, leading me to believe it was using some sort of worse-quality VR solution.

I checked to see what the normal SteamVR launch options are, which are "-force_steam_VR -force_enable_VR".
I tried adding those to my custom launch options and running the 'bin-mt' launch choice in Steam, and that seemed to make DCS crash.

So instead, I just made a Windows shortcut to the 'DCS.exe' in 'bin-mt', and set the "-force_steam_VR -force_enable_VR" options on there, and ran the shortcut with SteamVR turned off.
This caused Steam to alert me that DCS was trying to launch itself outside of Steam, which I approved, and then the game launched, spun up SteamVR automatically, and the stuttering was gone.

Hope that helps others: you have some extra hoops to jump through to make sure you get the right VR mode.

I have the "OpenXR Tools for Windows Mixed Reality", which comes from Microsoft directly.
Maybe this third-party OpenXR Toolkit has more capabilities than the first-party one.
