How to set up vr for playing on controllers

When I entered the learning mode, the announcer tells me to press the keys on the keyboard. Is it possible to set it up so that it perceives it as a virtual reality, so that the buttons in the cockpit that need to be pressed are highlighted there. I don't see the keyboard, how am I supposed to fly the plane without seeing the keys

SU-25T don't have clickable cockpit. So it is good idea to assign most things on your HOTAS system. BTW it is not difficult to use keyboard "blinded" Every keyboard have special marks on keys "F" and "J" and "numpad 5". You can easy find them by your finger and it is the reason why those marks are there. To be able to type without looking into keyboard.
