Can't Load CO-OP Missions

I am trying to load some missions on a server so me and my friend can play together. Im trying to use the campaign missions and have tried everything to load them. I've editted them to allow for players in multiple planes, changed the file from .miz to .lst.

Whenever I try to load, I click open in the "new server" screen, click the mission which I want which is the F15 Nalchik raid mission, and then nothing happens. It doesn't pop up after I click it and it doesnt allow me to then start the server.

Really frustrated with this as I got my friend to buy the game on the premise we could do missions together. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

the file should be .miz

set the flyable planes to client, do not set anyone to player.

Just set to Client but when its set to .miz it doesnt show up in any folder.

In the new UI, use + sign to add single mission to server. "Open" is used to add list of missions to server. Then hit start.
