Thrustmaster X HOTAS throttle problem...
Alright, to say this frankly...

My throttle in my THrustmaster X HOTAS is only registering up to 50% of the aircrafts total speed; To be blunt, I have to use PageUp on my keyboard to achieve maximum speed for takeoff. I'll push the throttle ALL the way to maximum on my actual flightstick, but the game only registers it as the plane going 50% of it's speed.

So in simpler terms... When I max out my physical throttle right in front of me, and push it as far as I can, the plane's in-game throttle and actual speed aren't maxed out -- They're halved. I don't know how to figure out a synchronization or calibration for this, because Google frankly gives me nothing about my specific flightstick. I'm not asking for a profile on it; I'm asking how I can synchronize or calibrate it in-game or outside of game without having to change anything else on the layout.

The ration of it is, the phsyical throttle is only pushing the aircraft to 50% of the setting; If I leave my throttle at 50% physically, the plane is only going 25% and not 50% to match up with the settings of the throttle on correlation.

If anyone can at least point me in the direction of HOW to modify it, I can at least try to figure it out for myself. People say 'swap the axis' and what-not on other forums, so I'm not even sure if that's applicatable in my situation. I just wanna' be able to calibrate the throttle so that it doubles the input value for the speed. If I do that, the two should align. By doubling the physical properties of the input for the throttle at 50%, it should be at 100% with the plane, and in perfect synchornization. If I have my physical throttle punched all the way to maximum and I pull it back even SLIGHTLY, the plane instantly drops down to 50%, even if the throttle is somewhere near 90% physically. Then I have to use the PgUp function to get the plane back up to speed and have to avoid even slightly moving the throttle, even if I were to punch the throttle up from 90% back to 100%, it drops to 50% in the input.

Check calibration in Windows.
Check possible settings while there.

If that does not solve it, go to axis tune in DCS options -> controls -> axis assignment.

I'll give that a try later when I get home. If I do it in the Axis Assignment menu, will I need to know what the throttle designation is? Like "JoyB_Z" for example, or will it allow me to do a calibration test in the throttle itself just by moving it back and forth?

The joystick portion that controls the aircrafts turning and direction works flawless. That has no input problems. It's just the game registers only 50% of the physical input and acts like the throttle itself is at 50% in the cockpit model, but the physical throttle is all the way at the top. I can't remember exactly but I may have some the same thing for Elite Dangerous. Main reason I am saying this response is does the throttle itself work on axis assignments? It's just a back and forth motion, no ability to push the actual throttle left or right. It's NOT the joystick I'm trying to fix. The actual throttle component.
