The mig looks cool but I have zero clues about how they both fly mate

The MiG-21bis, for the following reasons:

It has medium range radar missiles.
It can carry more A2A missiles.
It has guided AGMs (Air-to-Ground Missiles).
It has an ECM pod with an extra panel to manage it.
It has pretty cool Jet Assisted Take Off Rocket Boosters for shorter takeoffs.
It is significantly faster, although the Tiger II is more maneuverable.
It is a more mature/finished module/DLC, as it has been much time since its release.

It does have its shortcomings, like limited use of the radar as it cools with alcohol lol
The brakes are limited, as the fluid runs out, but it's enough to use and replenishes after rearm.
The steering is done with the brakes, as its nose wheel does not have hydraulics assisted turning.

But it also has a Tactical Nuke! :)
Here's a video I made some time ago with an older version of DCS:

Notice that after employing the nuke, I destroy the 2 M1-Abrams tanks with a single Grom AGM :) Then the 3rd M1 with another.

The MiG-21bis kicks ass!

I would go for the Mirage M-2000C in all honesty. As this is your first full on study module (I presume) both the Mig-21 and the F-5 Tiger take a little getting used too where as the Mirage is just a pleasure to learn and fly.

Watch some You Tube videos on all three aircraft buddy but I am sure others will reccomend the M-2000C in this post too.

Dude! With all due respect and after checking out your You Tube channel! The only experience with DCS is with the free and FC3 aircraft. If the OP is looking for a study module that is going to cost near to 60 bucks he needs to start with an aircraft that he is going to enjoy and learn

OP....I have all DCS aircraft and I keep going back to the M-2000C but as I said, 60 bucks is 60 bucks. Check out tutorial videos on all 3 aircraft but do not drop that cash on someones advice! 'But it carries nukes!' DOH!

I see i see. Comparing to the F5, i am lean towards the MiG-21 however, I'm a bit afraid i won't favour the vintage systems of the MiG-21, after flying the Su-25T and enjoying its CCIP/CCRP tech :P

Great, now i have to decide between the MiG-21bis and Mirage 2000C XD After watching a couple of vids and checking out the plane specs, it looks promising ( idk why but i got excited when i read there is CCIP/CCRP bombing mode hehe ). Do you have a list of the weapons?

The MiG-21 is a ♥♥♥♥♥! It is 1 of those modules that I just keep putting off trying to learn.

Hang on mate, will try and find you a video.

Experience? How about 20 years of it?
I fly this simulator since Flanker back in 1995.
I won the original Flaming Cliffs with the Su-25T in the official Lock On Tournament from Eagle Dynamics back in 2005, and had always flown it for free.

I fly the A-10C and the Ka-50 since day one, for example.
I own and fly all aircraft but only a few that I don't, namely the WWII ones.
Even though I contributed to the Kickstarter for those and have them all.

Just because I mainly make videos of the FC3 and the Su-25T, does not mean I dont fly the ASM aircraft. Don't judge a book by its cover..

The question was specifically the MiG-21bis vs F-5E, and the clear answer is the MiG-21bis.
Mirage is probably a better choice over these two, correct.
Mirage, however, is a bit broken right now, as it has bugs, like it cannot employ Magics and the INS is non-functional.

The MiG-21bis is the most matured/polished and functioning fighter jet with Advanced Systems Modelling / Clickable pit. One cannot argue that point.

So you obviously just don't know how to operate it, so you cannot possibly make a valid judgement. There's plenty of MiG-21bis videos, like the ones from Hadwell's channel that show what a skilled MiG-21 pilot can do: https://www.youtube.com/user/AKATenn

Do you own it? I do....And the F-5 and the M-2000C. I am trying to help the OP and not here for an arguement with a child!

Yes, I own them.
And my channel states in About section this nickname and that I use others.
All videos on my channel are of me flying, even if under other nicknames.

You brought up the false statements based on glancing at my channel for a second.
That's a bit childish by itself. I'm probably a dozen years older than you.
I was flying Flanker in 1995 before you knew what a simulator was, be my guess.
