I should get the C then definately, but nevertheless I will definately have a lot of fun going for the bombing runs with the A version for now will I? ^_^
Should be a good training for the main modules I guess. For a newcomer like me the A version is a lot easier, was watching a C version startup video, whew, glad I only have to start my two engines and the cockpit lighting, but I am looking forward to getting onto the real beast.
I need to collect some money to get a new rig, a second screen and a flight gear. DCS started out as an experiment for me but since I familiarized myself with the SU25-T completely I can't get enough and both the F15-C and the A10-A are just awesome as they are :)
Thanks for the info! the C version is now on my wishlist (well, behind the FC3 pack and the BlackShark, but it's on there ^.^)
the difference is a clickable cockpit... thats it.
The A-10C is much harder to learn with all its advanced avionics though for some that may sound awesome and for others its a turn off.
