Loading up DCS for first time/Is .NetFramework 3.5 needed?
Started loading up DCS on my system last night. When I say how long it was going to take I went to be and let it finish.
When I got up everything was loaded except I had a windows screen that said "An App on your PC needs the following Windows feature: .NET Framework 3.5.
Do I need this or don't I to run DCS?

You need it, surprised that you don't have it as many applications need it.

The DCS uses the Visual C++ 2013 x64 redistributables those needs the .net framework 3.5 So not the DCS itself, but the Visual C++ 2013 X64 redistributable needs that.

In Windows 10 it is not installed by default.
