There is no cloud ferature, but DCS allows you to save/load specific-plane binds for each device (stick, trottle, rudder).
From the Controls menu:
To save:
- Select the module you want (i.e. "F-16C real")
- Select the device column (i.e. "Hotas Warthog Stick") by clicking on its header.
- Click on "Save Profile As" and name the export file properly (i.e. F-16C.stick.diff.lua)
- Repeat for all other devices (throttle, riudder, keyboard...)
To Load:
- Select the module you want (i.e. "F-16C real")
- Select the device column (i.e. "Hotas Warthog Throttle") by clicking on its header.
- Click on "Load Profile" and select the file you want to import (i.e. F-16C.throttle.diff.lua).
Save those files in a safe place.
Dunno which branch (stable or OB) are you using but the latest two OB updateds introduced a massive amount of changes in the F-14, especially the second latest (see: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/changelog/openbeta/2.7.7.14727/) so yes, it is possible that something has changed.
But what might happen is a possible change in the quantity and quality of controls in one of the major updates, which would require entering new bindings.
Please tell me if I am wrong with tthis statement.
