Old gamer here trying to relive my Flight sim youth x45 throttle not working
Tried playing most keys work yet the throttle doesn't, shows up and calibrates in set up usb controller and works fine in windows 10. Installed Saitek Cyborg V3 pad, loads drivers can profile edit but wont allow profiler.

I have an x35/36 that still works and works fine with DCS (got myself an x56 now), i had to change a couple of axis setups, that's about it. Just check your axis assignments in settings.

Does the throttle work when you check it in Windows 10?

The saitek profilers don't work on Windows 10 in my experience, the software was not updated past Windows 7 since Saitek was bought out by Logitech around that time.
(The only Saitek profiler I managed to get working was the X55, and even that one crashes when I assign certain buttons)

yep, it recognises the throttle as slider_1 not as a Z axis which seems to be a default throttle axis

i dont use the saitek software, just plug it in

Usefull helpfile from Decius Capri on star citizen forums, download drivers and software from the Mega.nz file from the bottom of post, can't use the Saitek software profile launcher, bluescreens when tries to load. all buttons, sliders, hats, etc, work. If you get the profiler to work let me know. Even tried Newer software, Cyborg Pad V3 which has it's own X45 drivers which don't work
