DCS on a laptop! (Suggestions)

So after playing DCS on my potato laptop for so long and seeing how the Marianas map came out... (and predicting how the future of DCS and other games will be, along with how ED considers and treats people with lower specs), I decided to invest in a new computer. But it has to be another laptop, I can't have a desktop for "lack of space" reasons and travelling around every now and then :p

So I'd like to know from you guys, THAT OWN A LAPTOP only and run DCS in it:

-Which laptop do you have and what specs do you have?
-Do you run most settings in a "medium", "high" or "ultra" setup?
-Do you think if your graphics card was 1 generation back, DCS would still run ok? Or if it was 1 generation forward, could it look/perform a bit better? (Ex.: from a RTX2060 to a RTX2070, NOT from a GTX1650 to a RTX3090, if you know what I mean)

My present specs are: Intel i7-7700HQ, GTX1060 6Gb, 16Gb RAM, 250 SSD.
My budget will be around £2.000 pounds at the end of this year. (Meaning I could find some models that are sold now, a bit cheaper by Christmas or wait till after...? Don't know.)

Please, if you own a gaming laptop and run DCS in it, let me know what do you think.
I've been considering models from Dell G Series (Alienware series too) and MSI latest series, but I know that are plenty out there as good as or even better than this two, so any extra suggestions will be much appreciated.

Oh, sorry mate, I forgot to mention, I've got a HOTAS controller and TrackIR already!
It's more about the computer itself, but thanks for your reply!!! :)

No problem :) The dutch sim pilot was using a laptop in the video. Maybe ask him what laptop he was using?

I use a laptop. It's fairly old now. 965m card.
Get playable frames when not too much AI on screen. Game doesn't look picture perfect but I'm mostly focused on trying to get killed by enemy before I kill myself.
