RB75B is an AGM-65B, which added additional magnification to the optics. Therefore, the RB75B may be slightly easier to use at range (or may be worse, if the narrowed field of view makes searching for targets harder for you).
RB75T is a variant of the RB75A with a larger warhead, as you noticed! I believe it's actually more for within-visual-range targeting of ships (like how USN/USMC aircraft tend to carry larger warheads in their Mavericks than USAF).
I read that the RB-75 doesn't work through smoke but will try out the RB-75T on a night mission and see if it’s doable. The AJS-37 does have the BK-90 for stand-off munitions, which I love to use at night but if I can use the RB-75T with just locking from boresight and has longer range, that would be cool for night and day operations.
