The right one turn on the RWR.
Then after takeoff go to EW menu and use top middle button to switch from STBY to your prefered mode.
It is perfect manual for those who don't want to read official (and long) manual. It has a lot of images and it is written in very simple language.
Just google it.

At 0:59, he turns the RWR on. It`s the first thing he does.
Also, i checked on the english manual. The RWR, and related systems, are covered from page 136.
I really suggest, that you read the manual. It should help you learn the plane faster and keep away stupid answers like above.
