Map not working

i have been working on the issue for a couple of days now. Whether I'm in single player or multiplayer I'm not able to open the map at all. I've tried using the regular F10 button, I've tried rebinding it to multiple keys i know work, I've looked through the settings and made sure the map settings are in the "all" settings. if anyone has any info it would be muchly appreciated. :)

I have the exact same issue, except, that this trick does not work
