What is the keybind for the airbrake (or speedbrake) on the F16?
I figured out that nosewheel is 'NWS..." but cant find this.

You should try "b" on keyboard.

Shift B ro raise. Ctrl B to lower

I found SPD BRK, but still can't find the landing gear command LOL :steamhappy:

Update: Never mind I found it: it is called "LG Handle" OMG I searched for everything except that! The F-16 commands are really clumsy in my opinion, but it is a great aircraft to fly.

Landing gear. "G" like gear
Airbrake: "B" like brake
Wheel brake: "W" like wheelbrake
Flaps: "F" like flaps.

Guys, it can not be easier.

I know Troll Norris, but some of us use joysticks and trying to find the right place to bind it.

What's it called in the list of controls though? It's not called 'airbrake' like every other module I own. Searching 'brake' doesn't even bring anything up but wheel brakes. Took me forever to find nosewheel too...had to google it. They should make the commands more intuitive for the F16...like every other module.

At the release the weapon release button was called WPN REL
I needed 30min to find it
they changed it so there is a chance they will also change the names of the other buttons in the future

I highly recomend to check the manual. There are described all buttons and swithceh and its names.

The controls menu works in reverse as well. Press W to learn name of wheel brake. S for NWS etc...

Which is great if you already know the key command, but isn't much use when you don't know it...obviously.

For a two day free trial (which is apparently over already on Steam at least) expecting people to read through the whole manual is pretty dumb. I just d/l the manual and after searching line-by-line through it, I managed to find the airbrake on pg. 86, and for the keyboard command (and all the others) it shows N/A. Real helpful. I will look in the docs folder which I assume is updated.

Just make the controls menu more intuitive. There's no award for making things more complicated.

You don't have to download manual. It is saved in the game core. There are always 2 versions. The quck start manual and the full manual. It is always saved in mods\aircraft\aircraft name\doc

Special video just for you. If you want it in 1440p, wait 5 min, then watch.
