For any aircrafts only use preset channels. If the maker did not give those info, open file in ME or open mission planner.
Auto Briefing is done by me_autobriefing.lua. if ED upgrades their ME script. It is possible to generate info about each channel in briefing.
guard freq is basically "emergency" frequency. its not really used in dcs, 2 frequencies are 121.5 mz and 243.0 mhz.
IRL, if you are intercepted by a fighter for example and if they want to talk to you they will be on the guard channels.
and those 4 freqs for every airfield listed on the map is just the different tower frequencies. u can contact tower on every one of them.
the default tanker freq is 251.000 if its not listed in the briefing its most likely to be 251.000
edit: alternatively if the freq arent listed anywhere and u want to have access to them, like the l39. u can always make a kneeboard by the default preset freqs urself, and paste the picture to saved games/dcs/kneeboard/l-39c
