Looking at the Asus website for Sonic Radar - "LCtrl+LShift+A" should toggle the overlay, YMMV
I had no idea Asus put this software into the same install of audio (or motherboard) drivers. I just wanted to have good motherboard not a cheating machine. Shame on Asus. I had no clue company like that would make cheating software, but then again it's not the first time they do something like this, as I have also on a Asus monitor option to put crosshair over game screen (never used it). Anyways, you can just find Asus Sonic in your programs and simply unistall it (as I did) - the audio drivers will stay. Then a PC restart and its fixed!
Thx again guys!
Posting it just in case someone else has this problem at that time (2022).
