i also wonder why you use such curvature settings, either you are a masochist, or your X-52 is dying
first, DCS World is working fine, your hardware is working fine
second, the real plane don t have as much "nose down" authority as they have "nose up", it is reflected by the stick not going as much forward as backward ( contrary to your joystick )
so, you will never be able to pusch as many negative Gs as you can pull positives ones ( the F-18's FCS will only allow -3G / +9ish G for exemple)
third, set your curves to 0, the X-52 is good enough that you don t need curves at all
fourth, buy a SSD, 4+min to load a free mission is quite extreme
with a M2 SSD, you can load a heavy MP server in about half that time
