I have something even worse- the Force 3d Pro, the limited edition force feedback version. It is a absolute piece of crap. I'd get the Warthog or the X55(and that's what I plan on doing) but I just bought a Saitek yoke and pedals for FSX, and aside for the pedals, I can't use a yoke for combat.
Imagine the X3D but with all the fluidity and smoothness of a gravel road, and more spikes than a meat tenderizer.
I don't think it uses a hat switch though.
Of course, without footage we are unable to know if its pilot error or a bug
The rudder is another story, I don't have a stick/throttle and pedals, so I have to use the keyboard for my rudders... which means I don't use them lol. I imagine that could break something a bit easier.
I've been using an Xbox One controller if you're wondering. A nice stick and throttle are in the very near future. TrackIR Pro bundle is in the mail as we speak lol. I found having to use the mouse to look around a lot more hindering for me.
And just like that...
A free to play game sucks $400 or so in a week or two lol.
