Is possible to fly in left side on the helicopter? i think im flying as a Co-Pilot. how can we fly as a Pilot in left side of the heli ? Even if is possible to play with another players in the same Helicopter?

Yes, press 1/2/3/4 on your keyboard to hop in both door gunners and co pilot seat.
EDIT: no MP for Huey as of yet.

And I think yes you can play MP with other Huey player.

Only gazelle has multiplayer support, not huey

Right seat is the regular pilot seat, left seat is copilot/operator.

Beside of taking positions, you can also command the other crew members.

Set ROE with lctrl + x
Set burst length lshift + x
Autopilot on/off lwin + A
AP attitude hold mode lalt+lshift+A
AP level flight mode lctrl + A
AP orbit mode lalt + A

(x = number of position, like lctrl+3 would set the ROE for your left door gunner)

There are several other commands, but those are more or less the most important.

Edit: Gazelle and Huey are for different tasks. The Gazelle is the newer craft and acts mostly as scout or light attack craft. Huey is good for cargo and troops and can act as devastating gunship.

Both helicopters were tested by real life pilots but from what I know Huey is more realistic at this state of development - pretty much all players say that it is the best Huey you can buy for PC flight sim.
Gazelle is harder/more tricky to fly, they still tweaking the controls I think. But Gazelle has more weapon options and you get few models of helicopter with your purchase.
Personally I find iconic Huey to be the most fun helicopter in all DCS and most realistic one I have ever had in any flight sim.

I haven't flown the Gazelle, I hear it's still a little buggy. But I absolutely love the Huey. I bought pedals specifically so I could fly it. It's a lot of fun, very punishing at first but when you figure it out it's really great to come in for a landing with a big sideways flare.
