using ps3 eye camera only right? no headclip or something like that?
Yes, only the camera + FaceTrackNoIR.
whats your monitor size? i have 17inch would that work great?
The size of your monitor isn't a problem, don't worry about that. Just keep in my that this kind of head tracking isn't the best option out there, but you will have fun for sure and it's a good starting point.
my room is little bit dim, not too bright. How is yours? would that affect the capture?
Yes, to get better results with FaceTrack you need to have a brighter environment, so your PS3 Eye will get more FPS.
Infrared is affected adversely by heat, and light that is generated with heat is full of infrared. So if you have a heater... watch out for that. Something that is pitch black to us but is hot is 100% bright to something attuned for IR. A lightbulb puts out a fair amount, but a heater (or anything reflecting it's line of sight) is brighter to IR than most parts of a bulb. And the sun and reflections of it are plus +100 to infrared. A lot of people who use trackIR are expecting a fullbright warm room to detect little bright IR lights and there is no difference between the two.
Infrared is very effective if the room is cold and dark. It shouldn't be that necessary to do that, but just watch out for hotspots.

Wow good choice my friend, how about this https://trackhat.org/trackhat-clip/ compare to delanclip? . Il consider to take delanclip since its price is cheap that others.
DelanClip is possible to use with Zipties or velcro.
