how do i set waypoints onto ground targets

ive been trying to use the am 154c i can have a waypoint set but they will almost always overshoot my target

Use the TGP to pick out the target or enter precise GPS coordinates into the JSOW mission page. You can get the coords from the F10 map so long as you have it displaying precise mode

is there anyway i could do this in the mission editor?

I guess if you create the waypoints 100% directly over the ground target, you should be able to use waypoint designate and get an accurate hit.

Go into the HSI Data page and along the bottom line of options, select "Precise" while you're at it. Has to be done in game.
