Best profile in Track ir 5 to new people

What is the best profile to new people with track ir 5?
I recently got track ir 5 , but is not easy to calibrate, and my movements are so fast and confuse, even if i stay quiet with my head, in game my head is always shaking...i really need help to calibrate it

Sounds like you need to turn up the smooth setting. For me, I use speed set to .8 and smooth set to 24. After that the curves are pretty much personal preference.
