What this means is a lot more things are modeled for the Su-27 such as exploding tires, wing flex under G load, wings and vertical stabilizers snapping off under G load, handling more realistically in the various flight regimes etc, etc... Bottom line, it's heavily modeled vs the Su-33.
The professional flight model for the 33 is just around the corner though. Won't be long before you're popping those tires too.
On landing dont flare too much, as Su 27 and russian jets in general have a lower clearance. Best keep the speed around 300 on landing and your vertical velocity below 3 m/s on touchdown.
Ok, I'll try that
Flaps were on for sure... But I may have reached more than 330Km/h
If you come too fast and brake hard it would explode.
Thanks for advice but I wasnt even close to a landing... Didnt manage to take off properly (well I took off... but with exploded tires, so no real chance to land safely)
About flaps... Am I right If I use 1st position to take off and landing for ... landing! ?
Well most Russian jets have it in metric on HUD display.
Pull stick slowly from 230kph-250kph on full load and 180kph on empty...a gradual slow pull.
Its dangerous to try at above 350kph...anything beyond that the tyres would go kaput.
For the F-15 you pull at 150 knots which is 280 kph.
