If the game never launch try to reinstall all the Redistributable
In Steam\SteamApps\common\FLYN\Redist try to manualy install vcredist_x85, xnafx31 and dotNetFx40.

and Steam\SteamApps\common\FLYN\Redist\DirectX DXSETUP.exe

Could you try to install dotnet befor Xna?
Can you give us the report of the System Information in the Help menu of Steam ?

I tried but I still get the same message when installing XNA (code error 2908) , and I don't understand how patch the système information here ... I'm sorry ^^'.

In the Steam window there is "Help" button in the ribbon ( depending of your language of course). When you clic there is a sub-menu where you have "System information". Copy-paste the entire text.

No but as I read on forum that the problem with XNA came from vc I tried to install XNA before vc

Try to re_install vcredist_x86 and befor xna. the good order is vcredist, dotnet,xna. I may have written a wrong order befor.

it was the order I tried to instal,l with DirectX in first.
All the others modul install normally but XNA just won't cooperate ...

Hum, you can try to start the game without installing XNA.
In a recent patch, we included the required DLL in the game folder, so it's not always required anymore. It fixed a lot of issues regarding the XNA setup which was not completing on a lotof configurations. So, you might try to not install it and try to play anyway. It should works in most of the cases. However, with Windows Vista, .Net Framework version 2.0 was not included by default, and it might cause issues with XNA, even if not installed, because it may be required to run. You can grab it here : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=65 (It's the 3.5 version, but it includes .net 1.0 to 3.5). That should fix the issue concerning the installation of XNA, and you should be able to play. If you still have any problem, come back here, we will look further.

Actually, this issues can also arise with Windows 8, as .Net 2.0 is not installed by default, and that's what is preventing the XNA setup to complete successfully. It should not be needed, but it might greatly help to install it.

The link is not working O.O...
The download go smoothly but then when I try to install the software I get a message frow Windows 'Impossible d'accéder au service Windows installer. Ceci peut se produire si le programme d'installation de Windows n'est pas bien installé. Contacter votre support technique pour assistance'. BUT..I tried to install another software from Microsoft to check and it worked...

But, seriously, that should be installed for several years on your computer, as it's a prerequisite for windows update. Try to do this, install all update windows update needs, that should help.

Okaaaay worts to worst...
The 32 bit Vista part is not working..one of the two link says I've not enough space (even though I have) and the others says the vesrion of windows I have does not corresspond à these I'm trying to update....

Do you have the Vista Service Pack 1 ? That should be needed for installing the Windows6.0-KB942288-v2-x64.msu (Windows Installer 4.5).
Your system looks weird. You either have nothing up to date, or you have a real problem.

But, as i said before, you are not required to install XNA. It should not be needed anymore.
You can do what i said in this post : http://steamcommunity.com/app/223730/discussions/0/864951022538722125/#c864951657775814448 and tell me the infos.
(It is in french, i can translate if you need it, but something tells me you won't :p).
