the fire exit key help!

in the school the glass your supposed to break to get the fire exit key wont break! iv tried every gun i had and hit it from every direction some one please help

The key is in the glass case in that room. Were you refering to the actual glass panel separating the room from the hallway? You are supposed to do something else before the door to that room opens. Look around some more.

i did, all that the lights are out i killed everything whenn i try to get the key free from the glass saying "break glass to get key" its dosent break
