Windows Security Alert FireWall
A security warning flashed up when I launched the game? Are there any problems with Cry Of Fear, is it safe to play?

it's safe enough to play.
I'm still uninstalling it though because it's too buggy for my tastes.

I set my firewall to ignore Cry of Fear and it hasn't caused me any issues so far, even though I haven't played much. In any case, I don't think it has a virus or anything like that. Windows Security is horrible after all, so it often recognizes safe programs and files as infected. This must be one of those cases.

Yea, I found loads of people saying it was just a "false-positive".

how did u set the firewall to ignore the game?
