Can't stop spinning in circles at the start?

I have Windows 8 and everytime I try and play this game I just can't stop spinning. Nothing else is plugged in except my keyboard and mouse. I'm not very good at going into files and removing things and such. So if anyone has a step by step or an easy way to fix this, thank you very much!

Also I'm playing on a large HDTV I don't know if that could be the cause due to scaling. I'm not very bright when it comes to this stuff.

Thats really strange :/
Try experimenting in the options. Turn off 'Screen blur' and 'Film grain' then restart. Hope that helps.

I turned off film grain and screen blur, still doesn't work. Forever screwed.
