HELP Cry Of Fear Error COM_LoadFile: not enough space for model/weapons...

Everytime I try to enter the door in the first level right after the codelocked door I get this Fatal error message box : COM_LoadFile not enough space for models/weapons/mobile/v_mobile.mdl

Please help me :(

I made a post about this too someone suggested to play it in windowed and at 640x480 resolution and lower some of the advanced graphics settings.

It does crash for me once in a while but not as often, you should be able to get through that dreaded door.

Yes I have see this post and I tried Admin mode and run it in Win XP in windowed but now I get a message box about : COM_LoadFile: not enough space for models/player.mdl !!

I think the reason this may be happening to people is that we have bad graphics cards. I was able to get past the door, but then the game crashed a little after with some lag beforehand.

No, the problem is the engine, it has many bugs. no fix
