Find a video tape in the basement.
Go to the third floor (I think!?)
and find a room with a TV and a VHS player.

Use the Tape on the TV and press e on the TV.

Now I am in the park with the floating bed guys, luckily i got a sniper..but no health.

I was in the same situation as you, and you wont find Syringes for awhile.

When you go to fight Carcass just hide in the back and make sure you have plenty of ammo.

For awhile you will be stepping on egg shells.
If you want, you can choose to abandon the Carcass fight by going back int othe apartment, but it will get you a bad ending.

If my game would stop crashing I could face the Carcass, but thank you for the head's up on the endings.

You need to explore more and not give up so easily. Or you could just search for 'Cry of Fear' walkthrough, if you are that stumped.

the code is randomized so i cant tell you. the tape is in the basement on a table.

The tape is in the basement, over a table in the room what is more like a chamber, with a chair and a hangrope.
And the VHS is in the 2nd floor, in the same room where you were locked in before, (where is that room with many photos and that broken window).

La cinta de video esta en el sótano, sobre una mesa en la habitación que parece una cámara de torturas, en la cual hay una silla y una soga de ahorque.
Y el reproductor de la misma esta en el 2do piso, en la misma habitación donde en cierto momento del juego quedastes atrapado antes (es la habitación la cual tiene ese cuarto con muchas fotos en la pared, donde se rompe la ventana).

after you get the Glock 19

you have to go to the first floor

then go left and there you have it

also be careful of the drowned

if you have a gun she will make you kill yourself

so shoot her as fast as possible or use melee

and after that you go to a chamber and you get the tape and you go back to the 2nd floor i believe

that's how you get the code
