Keep going down corridors and streets until you find a door that opens onto a town square. There will be a statue at one end, a small monument in the center, and all the streets leading away from the square are blocked off by parked vehicles. There will be two notes in this area that you must find: one will have a randomized username, and the other will have a randomized password. There's only one building in the square that has a door that opens (a cafe, I think). Go in, turn right, and proceed to the office in the back. That's where the computer is located.
