CoF screen issue

for some strange reason, whenever i boot up CoF the screen is more focused to the top right corner. this makes me unable to even play. help :[

i have the same problem. people say that choosing different resolutions on the launching screen should help, but when i set it on like 1600x980 (which someone recommended) it changes my WHOLE computer's screen resolution. i'm going insane i swear to god
