Can't "Use" phone

The game says I must use the Z key to use the phone to dial a number. But i'm on an azerty keyboard. Since I left the default config, I tried using W instead (since Z is used for walk)
But actually neither Z or W works for the phone. And there's no "Use" button in the inventory when I click on the phone since it's equipable.

It used to work before. I guess it's Windows 10's fault... How can I fix this, please? :(

Nevermind, I found it. You actually need to hold the phone in your hand for the phone menu to work...

It's even worse when you have a QWERTZ keyboard since you need to use the Y key instead. Good thing the game tells you this /s

Old thread but im on a windows10 I have only the phone out, I clicked every button on my keyboard, the only thing I can do with the phone is turn on and off the flash

Try pressing Y, that worked for me.

i found a fix, go to settings, keyboard and set "toggle weapon function" to z or whatever other key you want
