Keeps crashing.

Hello everyone.

Is there a 100% working solution in 2023 how to stop this thing from constantly crashing?
I've been playing this game since 2017 and tried everything from the internet. It just keeps crashing. It is not a problem for a normal playthrough, but I am trying to beat this game with no saves and no unlocks.
Patch is installed, running the game on Win XP compatibility.
I have to PIRATE this FREE GAME to play it properly.

Is it crashing on startup or while you play in game ? If its crashing on start up then wait for about 6-10 seconds after the intro for the game to load, otherwise try changing resolution or try searching for a different answer, if its crashing while playing (like crashes after you go thru a door and get to a loading sequence ) this is caused due to the game not having enough memory to store texture, you may notice this by looking at the floor or other places, and they may appear very black, blocky or show your own POV, to fix this , simply restart the game.

beating the game with no saves might be possible but probb thru sheer luck or if you start speedrunning as soon as you boot up the game , note that even after saving you still have to restart if you want the texture issue to be gone

Yeah, I am aware of texture missing thing, thats like the reddest flag that the game is going to crash soon.
I just reinstalled the patch and now the game freezes every 20-30 seconds but I was able to get to Carcass with no crashes so far. I think I can tolerate freezes but not sure for how long...
