There's a few sound effects too, and a small change to the number of dead frames on the MP5's reloads. The latter will actually affect gameplay with the MP5, if only slightly, since its ready time will now be more reliable and quick.

How do I install it? There is no instruction manual when I opened the folder with WinRAR.
