Similar coop games to Cry of Fear?

Hey I loved this game but i'd love more of the coop experience, anyone know any other good sort of horror coop games like this?

Killing Floor 1 and 2 are pretty good, you can even try out the original mod version in UT2004 but it's pretty boring, dull but much more grim and dark with the artstyle.

Eeeeeh I mean I like killing floor but I mean less an arena-combat and more like a story like in Cry of Fear ykno? Resident Evil 5 i've played too

Oh you mean story mode like? KF1 has objective modes and KF2 is sooner or later getting objective modes too.

Not sure,It might have Co-Op,Never got around to playing it

It does have co-op, though, it's much more boring compared to Cry of Fear tbh.

Huh.... I could have sworn I responded to this already. Anyway, if you're looking for similar games, Grey is a single player HL2 mod. I actually thought it was made by Team Psykskallar when I first saw it but it's made by a completely different team called Team Deppresick.

Unlike Cry of Fear which has been converted to a standalone game, Grey is still just a mod. So you'll need HL2 to run it. You can find it here[www.grey-mod.com].

Also, like the others said, you could play AoM. I love it because it has that real old-school vibe. The graphics are considerably lower and combat is slightly more repetitive and robotic. It reminds me of a pc horror game I saw when I was really young but I don't think I'll ever see that game again, I never knew the name. So I use AoM to compensate.

Oh, well you're ♥♥♥♥ out of luck then. Games like Cry of Fear usually only do single player. CoF itself probably never was going to incorporate co-op until they changed their minds somewhere down the line.

Edit: I agree with engineer then. The best thing you're probably going to find is Killing Floor 1. It's not really a horror game though, it's an action game. However, since Cry of Fear co-op is just action and not horror either, it should be fine.

I found cry of fear different to killing floor, less arcadey and more intense i loved the pacing and adventure with afriend
