what do I do with the padlock

I just started and I pressd e on a padlocked door and it said to find the code. But now I can't get back out of the padlock screen

There is a tiny little cancel at the bottem of the padlock. That should get you back in the game.

but you cant press it its so small bro

Look for an X, it should be there and big enough to push.
