Graphics Mod?

Ok look, we all liked Cry Of Fear and we want a remake, BUT there is none and im pretty sure no one is working on it, i was just thinking Hey what about a mod, (Since there is GTA V Redux mod) but then again this would have to dramatically change alot of the game since how it looks, and blah blah blah, im just wondering and i thought it would be kind of cool if the community could create a mod

I would love to see the game sort of "re-done" or some sort of server support. If the makers or the community gathered to improve the fabulous platfor that CoF has given us, we could possibly re-list it on the market and rejuvinate the love for the game. Either way it is an amazing game and even better if you can get co-op to work. Hope we will get improvements for this game since the devs stopped supporting it.

Could be cool to see a graphics mod or the team remaking the whole game. But that doesn't seem likely.

I would love to get a team together and remake this in Unreal Engine 4 but I fear for getting a possible copyright claim from the devs. Plus everything would need to be made from scratch.

Unreal engine or (and it would be fast and easy) Source engine instead of Goldsource?
