Carcass boss projectiles

[Wandering Guardian]

For some reason the projectiles are moving through/around walls making it impossible to avoid them. Never had this issue in all the hours i've played and I can't figure out what is causing it. Opening the console while its attacking shows this line on repeat-
Got a NaN velocity on roofboss_head
