Where does Sawrunner appear?

I think this is the only game that is making me afraid of the noise chainsaws make. when does he appear? because I keep hearing another chainsaw after I had killed Sawer.

there are four locations where he´ll spawn in the main campaign

The first one when you find a chained door in some alleys
The next one after you reach the first subway station and have to take all the way to the school through the alleys at the left of the station
The you´ll encounter him at the forest, it´s after you passed the second door
And finally at tht Kirkville sewers, moments after you grab the key, he will break the door in front of you

Those are all appearances in the main campaign
