Can’t move in the wheelchair section

Going for ending 4, when the Simon fight starts, sick Simon is stood up, and I don’t have a wheelchair beneath me, I cannot move

I know this post is 2 years old, but if anyone is having the same problem, I have the solution for you.
You need to clear atleast 1 slot or your entire inventory before starting the ending 4 sequence
I dont know why the game refuses to work if your inventory is full, but maybe how the code handles it is that it gives you the weapon first, then strips your inventory and just cannot decide what to do when theres a full inventory, therefore softlocking you to the point when you have to load to your previously save
