Need Health

So i'm in a situation in game where I have absolutely no health. The bar is barly visable and literaly everything one hits me. I'm at the part when you get the sledge hammer and break down the wall. After I enter the jumping puzzle I get stuck because the devs expected me to have enough health to make the fall. I havn't seen health in ages and its annoying me. The devs also thought it would be a good idea to disable cheats because screw you. I need to know if their is a way to get my health back up as the game is completely unplayable.

yeah I realize that now. I finished chapter 5 and now I have to fight 3 gun enemies with no health and a save that sends me back to the beginning of the maze

Suiciders are quite easy to kill if you keep in mind they have a limited range, and any that stand on the train tracks can't shoot at you, so as Han Solo, would say "I always shoot first", follow that methodology. In addition you should ease your way out of cover, and don't just walk in front of them. If you still struggle to do that, then just use quick save via console commands. After you beat these Suiciders, you can collect the two fuses, then you have to go back the way you came. In the area where you are supposed to place the fuses, next to the train where you got the hammer, there is a syringe, if you keep going straight after you come up the escalator and go to the back, you will see it on the floor, inbetween some pillars, if you haven't already picked it up, then do so.

Well, if you have some idea of how to use Cheat Engine, I posted at "Discussions" some definite hints to rather easily find Health, Stamina, Bullets (not a ready made automatic table -never made one-, but how you can find the addresses yourself).

You know some people don't wanna cheat in the game and would rather play it fair.
