Stuck on a screen in the memories custom campaign

that happens every time ive played this campaign. Just reload your last save and keep walking straight in the hallway whilst mashing E like a madman.

why do we have to spam E? That's what I was doing anyway lol, just this happened when I spammed E on one of the doors

i was saying spam E becuase at the end of the hallway theres a door which when you open you finish the hallway section. However because youre pretty much blind you dont know when youve reached the end of the hallways hence why its a good idea to just spam E.

thanks, what do I do now though? I need to figure out what these X's are or something.

I've noticed that I think there are vents where the X's say to go, so that's that but I don't see how it helps me, and I noticed some small bottles of pills around. Nothing happens when I press E on them though.

Those X's show where the glock ammo is and one of the X's is a pill bottle which if you have less than 100% health will heal you. To finish this section you have to jump down onto some wooden planks which if you look closely are shown on the map at the bottom of it.
