Single Player Map list

So I've looked everywhere on the internet for this but no one seems to have it. I got a new computer and my cry of fear saves are gone cause this game dosn't seem to have steam cloud support. Can I get a list of the singleplayer mapnames in order? So I can type them into the console and get back to my point in the game? I know I'll start with no items but thats fine.

If you were before the carcass boss fight you can't do it with this method because without your phone the gate won't open to progress since you won't get the call (I mean, you can just lower gravity and jump over it... so whatever I guess). What part of the game were you in? I'll tell you the map name but I can't garuntee you won't run into issues. If it's around the train escape you should be perfectly fine loading it there.

Note: The difficulty will be set to Normal by default. So keep that in mind if you were playing on a different difficulty.

Also, if you have access to your old computer, it'd probably be better to just go into your SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Cry of Fear\cryoffear folder and find a file called scriptsettings.dat and copy it onto your new computer. This file holds all your save data and unlockables that you've acquired.

That's REALLY early, you're not even through the first chapter yet. I think you'd be better off just starting a new game. After you get through the intro (everything before first enemy), I think it'd only take you 5-10 minutes to get back to where you were if you know what to do. If you really don't feel like it though, I guess you can skip it. However, you'll miss some plot with your phone and gameplay will seem weird at certain points, so I really don't recommend it.

Either way, the console command for when you first enter the apartments is map c_apartment1 which will bring you to the cutscene as you enter. If want a specific location in the apartments you need to tell me exactly where you were. Again, I really don't recommend this since you were only ankle-deep into the game.

Okay, so, I've had the glitch in the third round of the apartments (the one with the hallucination where you'd get the fuse afterwards) and my inventory was full, so I dropped the ladder (intending to come back for it to exit the apartments) and dropped the fuse off where I'd escape from. When I came back around to grab the ladder and return to the train station, it was gone. I've heard of this bug happening a couple times, and did some research. At this point I just want to restart the level, and carry on.

The Graphics Are DOGSH*T, And It Looks Like It Was Made In THE EARLY 2000S.

The Pile of Sh*t That It Is, It KEEPS CRASHING As well.

Furthermore, I Can't Even Adjust The Brightness of The Game In The Game's Settings, Without It Crashing on me.
Which Means, For Me, When I Play The Game, everything Is so Dark, I can Barely See Anything In Front of me.
And Then There's Another Problem, The Gunshot Sounds That Certain Guns Make, For Example, I Can Play The Game For A Long While Up To An Extent, And Then All of A Sudden, Certain Guns That I Shoot, Don't Have Their Gunshot Sounds That They Make Anymore, And All I Hear Is Their Casings Hitting The Ground, And That's It, I Don't Hear Any Other Sounds That The Guns Make, Other Than The Reloading Sounds, And The Casings Hitting The Floor.

AND Sometimes When I Drop Certain Items Like The Spade, (ergo the shovel) It will slowly fall, as if it were in slow motion, and it will keep on falling down until it completely goes through the floor, and I don't ever see the damn thing again, unless I find another one somewhere else on a completely different side of the map, which, I DON'T HAVE because I Don't Know WHERE THE HELL I AM GOING.

A Game, THIS DAMN OLD -Should- Have, A SLEW OF MODS BY NOW.
