Just a heads up to everyone: I read further into my issue & it seems I have been suspended for inactivity...Somehow myself not being active in their network for a few months gave them the right to suspend my account & take away my Aeria Points.
My account there isn't just some random account created either. I created it in 2009, I have badges, friends & media from my interests & their own games within my profile in Aeria as well.
In order to avoid old accounts being compromised and misused, we put in place a security check.
This would look for accounts that were inactive and automatically lock down the APs. In order to recover your APs and unlock the account, you simply need to contact the billing support :

Now, I'm debating on if it's worth creating another account or not, just to try this game out..
I can't put in a ticket through "billing". I've tried but one of the required fields is a "Transaction/Order Number". I don't see a transaction number for my suspended account. In fact, now I just noticed that my AP history has been completely cleared...I think I can see where this is going now...
Yesterday, I put in a ticket to "game support" for the last game I played previously in Aeria instead.
they have right in their FAQ that all bans are final and you can't appeal.
Aeria is a pretty garbage company.
dude just fill it in with anything it will take support will fix the account.
Even if I didn't really lose anything, it was pretty dumb, and it certainly damaged my view of Aeria.
I've been in contact with Aeria support the past few days. They have unsuspended my account and my AP has been returned.
where will i see my transaction order number ?? i cant make a report if i dont know the transaction number
