All of my AP is gone, Note: Your account has been suspended
Had some trouble logging into my aeria account. I kept getting the worse captchas & it wouldnt let me reset my password so I kept trying.

Eventually I was able to reset my password & login to the website. But now I notice it says "Error" where my Aeria Points used to be(I did have a good amount). When I click this it takes me to a billing page where it says: "NOTE: Your account has been suspended. Please contact us at HERE for more details."

I am not exactly certain how to proceed from here to dispute whatever is going on. I've not been active in Aeria for a few months, but I dont think I've done anything wrong in the past for them to take away all of my AP.

Support at Aeria isn't responding.

Just a heads up to everyone: I read further into my issue & it seems I have been suspended for inactivity...Somehow myself not being active in their network for a few months gave them the right to suspend my account & take away my Aeria Points.

My account there isn't just some random account created either. I created it in 2009, I have badges,friends & media from my interests & their own games within my profile in Aeria as well.

In order to avoid old accounts being compromised and misused, we put in place a security check.

This would look for accounts that were inactive and automatically lock down the APs. In order to recover your APs and unlock the account, you simply need to contact the billing support :

I haven't logged in to any of their games in a very long time. I wasn't able to remember my password, so I went to reset it from their site and was then greeted with "Sorry. The account has been blocked due to violation of our terms of service." I did a search for it, and it looks to be a pretty common thing. How ridiculous..

Now, I'm debating on if it's worth creating another account or not, just to try this game out..

I can't put in a ticket through "billing". I've tried but one of the required fields is a "Transaction/Order Number". I don't see a transaction number for my suspended account. In fact, now I just noticed that my AP history has been completely cleared...I think I can see where this is going now...

well this has put me off of playing any of their games as well as this game blocked for inactivity wow what a joke thats an instant fail of a game in my opinions

If you get banned from Aeria, you're done

they have right in their FAQ that all bans are final and you can't appeal.

Aeria is a pretty garbage company.

Aeria is a pretty garbage company.
I've contacted support to get my account back once after a period of inactivity. It took a while for them to give me access to my account. That said, after that, the account wouldn't take money even if I wanted to dump money into it. It was actually pretty funny. I was content with the idea that if they didn't want my money, I'm completely cool with keeping my money.

Even if I didn't really lose anything, it was pretty dumb, and it certainly damaged my view of Aeria.

AERIA is a piece of crap.... You guys really sold out gj! What's this billing stuff? I'm not paying crap to you guys.

Follow up on this situation:

I've been in contact with Aeria support the past few days. They have unsuspended my account and my AP has been returned.

where will i see my transaction order number ?? i cant make a report if i dont know the transaction number

I to have had my account suspended for billing inactivity in all my years of playing mmos this never has happened... Hell I can log in and play EQ and I haven't logged in for 10 years or more. Garbage game company

I do agree it can be a hassle. However, they are only trying to protect users accounts. Since my time with F.E.A.R Online, I have once again gone inactive & will likely need to follow the procedure noted above.
