Does anyone know how to get that flower on Ivory Granites?

I've been on the hunt for the new DLC collectibles in between free solo attempts, but I can't reach this one no matter how hard I try. I can't seem to get it from below and there's a bit of a lip above the flower that is making it hard to grab from above. Attempts from above are close and I can do it with a safety rope, but I can't quite reach the flower from the right angle with my crazy leap toward it.

This is the only flower I have left, but while I'm at it, has anyone found any of the eagles yet? I've found one on Almattr Dam, but I haven't been able to find any others.

I just did a crazy big swing from one of the holds beneath it, don't remember if I needed to crampon jump, but I know it was from below.

for the eagles, here are a few hints!
1: They can take a bit to show up, but you can hear them go SCRAAA
2: You can get all of them from the start
3: There aren't any on the third book

That was all I needed. I have the flower and I found three more eagles. I'm still looking for that last one, but I've checked every mountain in the first two books at this point. I guess I'll just have to wait a bit longer before leaving.

Finally got the last eagle, but I had to have the peak pointed out to me (even though I go there all the time). That one is dead silent.

If anyone shows up looking for a hint on the flower: there's a grip further left along the climb that has just enough space next to it, on the rocky outcrop it sits on, to allow you to swing in a clean-ish arc. This lets you gather enough speed before releasing to get within arms reach of the flower, if you're lucky. That's the way I grabbed it at least.
